Milka WWWWHHHHHAAAATTTTT?!!!

Today we had our first ultrasound and appointment with the high risk doctors. The ultrasound technician thought she saw a uterine septum, so we waited for over an hour for the doctors to look over my records and over my other ultrasounds to see if there was ever anything noted before. Of course there was not, so we were told everything looked fine. Milkawwwwhhhhaaaattt???, this lady is crazy!

We met with the Doctor after the US and we talked about the twins, and she said we had the best kind of twins! (Of course we do, duh!!! ). The kind that have their own sac and placenta and are less likely to have problems because of each other, they can function independently. We will be having an ultrasound every month to watch their development very closely. I think they will take good care of us!

Sneak Peek

We are 6 weeks pregnant, and...

WE ARE PREGNANT WITH TWINS!! :-) :-)

We were lucky enough to have an early ultrasound yesterday where we discovered that there are indeed two babies in there! We were able to hear two heartbeats and see two sacs with Baby A in one and Baby B in the other. The due date for a single baby, would be November 11, however with twins, we are looking more like end of October.

Mommy and Daddy are both very excited and happy to see everything progressing well so far. We have now "graduated" from the doctors at the Infertility Clinic and will see our regular OBGYN in a few weeks. We will be transferred over to the High Risk Doctors at Washington University (Barnes) after that.

Success with our second round of IVF!!! WWWWWOOOOOOOO HHHHHOOOOOO!!!!!!!

We got the First positive test result(the count was 742) on Tuesday March 9, 2010!

Today we had our second beta blood test...Our numbers came back today and are really good, they are over 7000! So we get to go in early (this Friday, March 19th) for our first ultrasound!! Yipppee!! I can’t wait to see our little one(s).
